Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with RiseMode. If you're not happy, we'll make it right. Read below to understand how refunds work.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your RiseMode Pro or Elite subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase date. No questions asked.

To request a refund within this window, email us at support@risemode.online with the subject line "Refund Request" and your account email address.

Subscription Renewals

RiseMode subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis. We do not offer refunds for renewal charges once they have been processed. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Canceling stops future charges. You will retain access to your paid plan until the end of your current billing period.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Refund requests made after the 7-day guarantee window
  • Renewal charges (monthly rebills after the first payment)
  • Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service
  • Partial months — we do not prorate refunds

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

By using RiseMode, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RiseMode ("the Service"), operated by RiseMode ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using RiseMode, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using RiseMode on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

RiseMode is a productivity platform that provides AI-assisted daily planning, habit tracking, content generation, goal tracking, and performance analytics. The Service is available through a web-based application at risemode.online.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)

4. Subscriptions and Payments

RiseMode offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

Prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RiseMode to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Transmit harmful, abusive, or offensive content
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of RiseMode — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of RiseMode and are protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Content you create using RiseMode (such as your personal plans, habits, and goals) remains yours. By using the Service, you grant RiseMode a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

RiseMode is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Results from using the Service (such as productivity improvements) may vary and are not guaranteed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RiseMode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Georgia.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of RiseMode after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

  • Payment Information: Billing details processed securely by Stripe — we never store your card number

  • Provide, operate, and improve the RiseMode platform
  • Process your subscription payments through Stripe

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.

RiseMode is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.
